Project Scope The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking comprehensive Project Management and Construction Management support for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Tuskegee VA Medical Center. The contractor will serve as an extension of the VA project team and support the COR throughout construction. The work includes project management, construction oversight, project controls, schedule and budget monitoring, change management, constructability review, submittal and RFI coordination, inspections and testing, commissioning support, quality assurance, field verification, as-built documentation, issue resolution, claims support, progress meetings, reporting, and coordination with VA personnel, A/E teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders.
