Construction Manager - Southern Indianapolis

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the production team and subcontractors, providing the guidance needed to meet Archadeck’s "Quality Standards" on every build.
• Review sold projects for buildability, submit construction drawings for approvals, and manage the full project timeline from permit to punch list.
• Manage jobsite materials, verify take-offs, and develop weekly production goals to ensure resources are positioned for maximum efficiency.
• Provide daily status updates on active projects and manage customer expectations with a high standard of service.
• Manage job costing and project closing procedures to ensure every build meets budgetary requirements.
• Develop new systems, tools, and methods to improve profitability and client satisfaction across the board.

Requirements

• Degree in Project/Construction Management preferred (extensive relevant experience will be considered instead of a degree).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• OSHA certifications (preferred but not required).
