Job Role:Construction Manager Location :Delhi NCR Experience Required :10-12 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to manage residential construction projects from planning to execution and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end residential construction and site execution. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site teams. Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, materials, and quality. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion. Manage project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Mandatory Skills Residential Construction and Site Execution. End-to-End Construction Management. Project Planning and Scheduling. Quality Control and Safety Management. Team Leadership and Stakeholder Coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Additional Information 5 days Work From Office.
