Construction Manager – Owner’s Representative

The Role

Manage capital projects from planning and design through construction and closeout
Act as the owner’s representative and primary point of contact for clients
Coordinate contractors, consultants, architects and engineering teams
Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules and financial performance
Oversee contracts, change orders, purchase orders and project documentation
Monitor project quality, safety and compliance
Lead project meetings and communicate progress to clients and senior stakeholders
Coordinate multiple project teams and ensure successful delivery

What We’re Looking For

Approximately 10+ years of industry experience
Strong project management experience within construction, engineering, facilities or consulting
Experience managing capital projects from planning through completion
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, schedules and project controls
Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar is a plus
Consulting, PMCM or Owner’s Representative experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
