Construction Managers play a critical role in coordinating personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and customer expectations.

As a Construction Manager, you will direct field construction activities supporting large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will provide leadership to Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews while ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role serves as the operational bridge between project management and field execution, coordinating workforce planning, equipment utilization, material availability, subcontractor performance, and project scheduling activities. You will play a key role in maintaining profitability, supporting project execution strategies, and delivering quality results for customers. Success requires strong leadership skills, construction expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to build high-performing teams in fast-paced construction environments.
