Construction Manager II

About the role

The Construction Manager II will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, budget constraints, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs to ensure they remain within set limits.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and meet project goals.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
