About the role
The Construction Manager II will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, execution, and completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets and monitor costs to ensure they remain within set limits.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and meet project goals.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
