We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Position Overview". Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We have content for Overview (Position Overview) maybe map to About the role. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. Requirements/Qualifications: Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe from required qualifications: communication, software skills, proficiency with MS Office, etc. Benefits: listed. Pay: salary range $130,000 - $140,000 a year. Also note "A salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications." That's filler; we should not include that as it's vague. We should include Pay section only if posting actually states them: yes they gave range. So include Pay with that range. Schedule: Mode: full-time, onsite. Location: Erie VA Medical Center, Erie, PA. Also mention employees expected to report to designated work location during scheduled work hours. Travel not compensated. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with full-time, onsite, location, travel note. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Any required travel is the employee's responsibility and is not compensated unless otherwise required by applicable law. The company does not provide a company vehicle. Employees must use their own transportation when travel is required." That's schedule-related but maybe keep in Schedule. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like responsibilities bullet points, qualifications bullet points, etc. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to decide which content goes where. Section headings: About the role (Position Overview). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Could separate but we have headings Requirements and Qualifications both allowed. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Skills: maybe from required qualifications: communication, language, software skills, proficiency with MS Office Suite and applicable construction management, scheduling, technical, or document management software. Could also include ability to understand jurisdictional requirements. Might be considered Skills. We'll put those under Skills. Benefits: list. Pay: salary range. Schedule: full-time, onsite, location, travel note. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we will not include that sentence. We need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily. Let's extract content. We can keep that as About the role. Reporting Relationships maybe part of responsibilities? Could be separate but we can include under Responsibilities as a bullet. Reporting Relationships: - Direct administrative report: Regional Manager. - Operational direction: Government Contracting Officer’s Representative - Day-to-day supervision: Task Order Lead, providing onsite and remote oversight as applicable for assigned Task Orders. We'll include as bullet. Required Qualifications bullet list: - Current professional licensure and a degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution of higher learning. - Minimum of six (6) years of experience in both design and construction. - Ability to quickly understand and apply local, state, and federal jurisdictional requirements and project-specific electrical requirements. - Strong communication, language, and software skills, including the ability to use software to monitor, update, and produce required work products. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable construction management, scheduling, technical, or document management software required for the position. - Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and Veterans Affairs PIV badge. Preferred Qualifications bullet list: - Experience supporting federal, Veterans Affairs, healthcare, occupied-facility, or other mission-critical construction programs. - Current Professional Engineer (PE) license or other applicable professional license in good standing, where not already required by the base qualification. - Familiarity with VA design/construction standards, Technical Information Library (TIL), applicable federal criteria, and relevant industry codes and standards. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, task orders, priorities, and deadlines while working independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports, field observations, meeting documentation, analyses, and recommendations. Physical Requirements bullet list (maybe under Requirements or Skills? Could be separate but we have no heading for Physical Requirements; we could include under Requirements or maybe under Skills? The instructions only allow certain headings; we could put under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably better to include under Requirements as part of qualifications. But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could put Physical Requirements under Requirements (makes sense). Or we could put under Skills? Physical requirements are not skills. We'll put under Requirements. Physical Requirements bullet list: - Must be physically capable of conducting routine inspections, site visits, and field verification activities throughout active construction environments. - Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders (as applicable), and access various areas of construction sites for extended periods. - Ability to work in offices, mechanical rooms, utility spaces, and other industrial or construction environments as necessary to perform assigned duties. - Must be able to safely navigate uneven terrain, confined work areas, and changing site conditions. - May occasionally be required to lift, carry, push, or pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility clothing, gloves, and other job-specific safety equipment. - The company provides required PPE; employees are responsible for providing steel-toed footwear, which is eligible for a one-time reimbursement in accordance with company policy. - Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable. (This sentence is incomplete; it's boilerplate; we should drop it as it's not substantive. The phrase "Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable." is incomplete; we should omit.) We'll omit that incomplete sentence. Benefits list: - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Life Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan with matching - Paid Time Off - Paid Federal Holidays Pay: $130,000 - $140,000 a year Schedule: full-time, onsite; Location: Erie VA Medical Center, Erie, PA; Employees expected to report to designated work location during scheduled work hours; Any required travel is the employee's responsibility and is not compensated unless otherwise required by applicable law; The company does not provide a company vehicle; Employees must use their own transportation when travel is required. We should keep schedule details as prose or list? Could be a

with details. Now produce HTML fragment with headings

and content. We must not include any markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

    ... (position overview paragraph)

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • Required Qualifications bullets
    • ...
Maybe also include Physical Requirements under Requirements? Could add another

Physical Requirements but not allowed headings. So we incorporate under Requirements as separate bullet list? Could add a subheading? Not allowed. Better to create a separate section "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications, and "Skills" for skills/communication etc. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements as well but might be mixing. However we have limited headings; we could put Physical Requirements under Requirements as part of that list. That's okay. Thus:

    Requirements

    • Current professional licensure and a degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution of higher learning.
    • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in both design and construction.
    • Ability to quickly understand and apply local, state, and federal jurisdictional requirements and project-specific electrical requirements.
    • Strong communication, language, and software skills, including the ability to use software to monitor, update, and produce required work products.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable construction management, scheduling, technical, or document management software required for the position.
    • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and Veterans Affairs PIV badge.
But we also need to include Physical Requirements; we could add them under Requirements as additional bullets after the required qualifications. That would mix qualifiers and physical but still under Requirements heading. That's acceptable. Thus after the required qualifications bullets, add physical requirement bullets. Then

    Qualifications

    for preferred qualifications. Then
