Construction Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover.

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out
• Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety
• Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
• Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
• Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
• Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
• Ability to travel ~30%

Pay

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $135,000 -$170,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
