About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at Wolfe Design Build LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, mentoring our field team, and contributing to the development of our production systems as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential design-build projects from conception to completion
- Mentor and lead a skilled field team in delivering high-quality work
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project success
- Develop and implement best practices to improve project efficiency and quality
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
- Experience managing residential design-build projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
