About the role
We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to clients and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Understanding of safety protocols and risk management
