About the role
We're looking for a Construction Manager-Level 2 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to implement commissioning plans.
- Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Resolve operational issues that arise during the commissioning phase.
- Survey and observe contractor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices; provide coaching, direction and corrective action as needed
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 6 or more years of experience in power plant commissioning, working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.

Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58.00/hr. to $63.00/hr.
