About the role
Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Superintendent for a brand new community in Montaine Castle Rock, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Inspect jobs in process and at completion
- Manage construction team
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors
- Approve subcontractor invoices
- Obtain all permits and order required building materials
- Maintain a safe and healthy jobsite
- Oversee customer care work
- Schedule and complete required building inspections
- Collaborate with sales team to create a smooth buying process for homebuyers
- Conduct pre-settlement inspections with homeowners
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience (including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction)
- A thorough knowledge of all trades
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Preferred: Knowledge of BuildPro, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Pay
The salary for this position is $53,000 - $86,700 plus a standard per home bonus program and a monthly mobile device allowance.
Schedule
This is an on-site position 5 days per week.
