About the role

The E/D Construction Manager is responsible for leading the entire E/D department, including multiple crews in the building and dismantling of all different forms of access solutions. Responsibilities include completing paperwork for multiple jobsites, assisting with bidding work, scheduling crews, and ensuring a good working knowledge of scaffolding and OSHA regulations. Competent person training is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Meet previous requirements from Superintendent and below
• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager on large projects
• Manage, hire, and recruit labor crews, including coaching, training, and mentoring
• Oversee day-to-day operations of labor crews and multiple jobsites
• Schedule labor crews for future work
• Supervise and assist with the erection, dismantling, and inventorying of scaffolding at multiple locations
• Coordinate timely pickups for dismantles and deliveries for erections
• Perform all necessary documentation (e.g., sign-offs, extra work authorizations, JSAs, safety plans, delivery and pickup tickets)
• Understand all aspects of the business operation and markets
• Understand and execute all safety regulations concerning products, safe use, and job site safety
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Profit Center Manager
• Oversee proper execution, operation, and oversight in the Foreman Training Program

Requirements

• College degree or trade school preferred
• Minimum of 7 years scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience with a degree, or 8 years work experience in a relatable industry

Pay

Base pay range: $81,951.00 - $112,682.90. Total compensation includes base pay plus a robust bonus plan. Starting rate may vary based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
