Construction Manager
About the role
As the owner's representative in the field, the Construction Manager holds direct authority over all field construction activities across Stimulus's broadband and fiber projects. Deployment projects include: BDP and BEAD-funded fiber deployments across Oregon, with hard regulatory timelines and high visibility. The Construction Manager is the person who ensures those commitments are met, safely, on schedule, within budget, and to spec. For the right candidate, this is a rare chance to join a growth-stage broadband company at an inflection point, bring genuine expertise to a team that will act on it, and build something that lasts.
