Construction Manager

Dania Beach, FL | Access Equipment & Construction Support About The Role Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead project execution, field operations, and customer relationships throughout the South Florida region. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience, excels at leading field teams, and is comfortable managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and customer relationships simultaneously. What You'll Do Manage projects from startup through completion, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocationLead and support field crews to ensure safe and efficient project executionTrack project costs, labor, and budgets to ensure projects remain on time and within budgetManage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelServe as the primary customer contact for project updates and progressReview project drawings and specifications to support field executionSupport sales efforts by providing technical expertise and industry knowledgeConduct site audits, jobsite inspections, and project closeout walkthroughsSupport the training and development of field personnelManage employee and subcontractor time reportingEnforce company safety policies and promote a strong safety cultureCollaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to meet business objectivesAssist with technical candidate evaluations and hiring activitiesPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications & ExperienceRequired 2-3 years of project management and/or construction management experienceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing project schedules, budgets, and field resourcesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel up to 25% within the regionExperience using project management software Preferred Experience with QuickBaseExperience managing construction, industrial, scaffolding, access equipment, or work-at-height projectsExperience leading field crews and subcontractorsStrong customer relationship management skills Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to travel throughout South Florida and surrounding areasAbility to work on active construction and industrial job sitesAbility to work in both office and field environmentsOccasional hands-on technical support may be required Schedule & Employment Conditions Full-time positionBased in Dania Beach, FLRegional travel required (approximately 25%)Pre-employment drug screening requiredBackground check requiredValid driver's license requiredThis is a Safety Sensitive Position About Sky Climber Access Solutions Sky Climber Access Solutions provides engineered access equipment, scaffolding solutions, fall protection systems, and specialized support services for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout North America.
