Responsibilities
- Monitoring Project Financial Data and Budgetary Cost Accounting
- Construction Phase Scheduling
- Progress Meetings
- Assisting in Issue Resolution
- Testing and Inspection Services
- Performing Additional Construction Related Services
Requirements
- Education and/or Experience: Possess a degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or evidence of work experience/knowledge to compensate for absence of higher education. Minimum of three (3) years of construction work experience may be substituted.
- Knowledge and Experience: Working knowledge of construction practices, familiarity with site operations of a General and Sub-contractor, experience in Quality Assurance, and understanding of baseline schedules.
- Projects: Present three projects of the scale and difficulty at which the individual held a similar position.
- Skills: Strong communication, language, and software skills, including proficiency in using a variety of software programs for monitoring, updating, and producing work products.

Benefits
- Pay Range: 100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Brooklyn, NY)
