Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration reconstruction projects from scope to completion
• Cookordinate subcontractors, materials, scheduling, and inspections
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
• Ensure job documentation, photos, and notes are completed accurately
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and professional standards
• Participate in emergency response/on-call leadership as required

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years construction management experience (restoration preferred)
• Knowledge of residential/commercial rebuild practices
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Experience with insurance claims and project documentation
• Able to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Able to perform basic construction duties
