Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee field teams, including Foremen and union craft workers
- Manage daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality
- Conduct pre-project and pre-task planning, ensuring alignment across all teams
- Promote and uphold PULLMAN’s Safety 24/7 culture
- Train, mentor, and support the development of field personnel
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of construction leadership experience, including both field leadership and project management
- Proven experience managing projects in the $1M–$5M+ range
- Experience with concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, façade restoration, or similar scopes
- Experience working with and leading union labor crews
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed
