Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Aid in the selection of contractors and vendors and participate in pre-bid meetings.
- Draft and review contract documents, including adjustments to design and scope.
- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and safety standards.
- Cook up coordination with internal teams and external partners, addressing issues and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Attend site meetings, create progress reports, and monitor project changes.
- Serve as supervisor, guiding and supporting construction team members.
- Represent the company at local meetings as needed and assist in preparing proposal responses.
- Suggest improvements to current construction practices and procedures.
