Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Aid in the selection of contractors and vendors and participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Draft and review contract documents, including adjustments to design and scope.
• Track project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and safety standards.
• Cook up coordination with internal teams and external partners, addressing issues and resolving conflicts as they arise.
• Attend site meetings, create progress reports, and monitor project changes.
• Serve as supervisor, guiding and supporting construction team members.
• Represent the company at local meetings as needed and assist in preparing proposal responses.
• Suggest improvements to current construction practices and procedures.
