Responsibilities
- Manage the entire construction process from start to finish
- Ensure homes meet both company standards and customer expectations
- Oversee each phase of construction
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Conduct homeowner orientations
- Manage inventory homes throughout the process
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential construction management
- Strong, on-site project management skills
- History of driving production through managing multi-trade projects on schedule
