You will oversee each phase of construction, maintain a clean and safe job site, conduct homeowner orientations, and manage inventory homes throughout the process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential construction management
- Strong on‑site project management skills
- Proven history of driving production by managing multi‑trade projects on schedule
