Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a year-round project team
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution with minimal disruption to operations
• Manage both employees and contractors
• Participate in a variety of construction-oriented projects including building out new studios, replacing pool equipment, and creating large-scale seasonal displays
