Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within an Energy & Utilities environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction delivery across a multi-site portfolio and manage project teams
- Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to turnover
- Steward capital and expense budgets while ensuring financial controls
- Align and streamline information flow across various departments for project approvals
- Respond to emergency capital repairs and field issues effectively
- Direct project-related activities to uphold construction quality
- Support strategic growth through site surveys, capital planning, and due diligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, capital delivery, or multi-site retail development
- Deep expertise in construction operations, budget stewardship, and project reporting
- Experience in highly regulated environments such as retail fuel and UST systems
- Strong executive-level communication and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities
