Construction Manager

Overview

JETSET Pilates HQ is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of building out our new headquarters in Miami, FL. This role is hybrid and requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing multiple buildouts, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction timelines and vendor coordination across multiple buildouts
• Ensure consistent alignment across internal teams and external partners
• Resolve construction challenges that threaten timelines or brand standards
• Track site progress, vendor performance, and internal reporting in a remote environment
• Implement construction processes or documentation improvements to support multi-location scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Experience managing multiple buildouts simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
