We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Giga? The posting includes "About Giga" and "Why join Giga". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those exact headings when applicable. However the posting has sections: About Giga, Why join Giga, What You’ll Do, Responsibilities (Pre-Construction Planning, Construction Responsibilities), Requirements, How We Work, Benefits, Equal Opportunity Employer Statement (boilerplate to remove). Also "Where you’ll work" maybe part of responsibilities? Could be included in a section like "Location" but not in list; we could incorporate into a paragraph under Responsibilities or a separate section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: About Giga (description), Why join Giga (the Pace, Impact, Team, Moment), What You’ll Do (role description), Responsibilities (detailed), Requirements, How We Work (values), Benefits (list). Also maybe "Where you’ll work" could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section like "Location". But they didn't list Location as an example heading; but we could still use

for any section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect those specific headings, but we can also use others if needed? Safer to stick to those headings where applicable. We have About Giga (not exactly About the role but similar). Could use

. Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer Statement, any cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus for each section we need to decide if content is prose or list. - About Giga: prose paragraph(s). Could be multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one

with line breaks? Better to keep as

with the text. - Why join Giga: includes bullet-like statements: The Pace, The Impact, The Team, The Moment. Could be formatted as

    • each. Or could be prose. Since it's a list of points, better as
      • . - What You’ll Do: prose paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: two sub-sections: Pre-Construction Planning and Construction Responsibilities, each with many items. Could be a combined list? Probably better to keep as
        • for each duty. Could also separate with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings beyond

sections? The instruction didn't forbid inner headings, but to keep simple we can just list all responsibilities as
          • . However we need to preserve the grouping? Not required. We'll just list all items. - Requirements: list of items. - How We Work: prose paragraph(s). Could be multiple sentences; we can put in

. - Benefits: list. We must ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to extract the exact text. Let's copy relevant sections. About Giga: "About Giga Giga is building gigawatts of AI data centers to hasten a future of intelligence and abundance. We build data centers fast and at scale by combining the capabilities of an equipment supplier, engineering firm, general contractor, and real estate developer under one roof. Our team moves quickly and thinks practically. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry that matters, we're looking for people like you." Why join Giga: "The Pace: We're building at a speed most companies talk about but never actually operate at. If you've been bored somewhere else, you won't be here. The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship. The Team: A team of operators defining the future of AI infrastructure. We recruit A-players from the most innovative companies in the world, and they choose Giga because the work here means more. The Moment: AI doesn't run without power, and that's us. Giga is the picks and shovels behind the AI revolution. This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening." What You’ll Do: "The Construction Manager will lead and oversee all pre-construction and construction activities across Giga Energy’s portfolio of data center infrastructure projects, through the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final energization. This includes managing, planning, budgeting, selecting and coordinating with contractors and equipment suppliers, overseeing site execution, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality work." Where you’ll work: "If based outside of our Houston or San Francisco hubs, this role will be based remotely from your home office. You must be willing to travel frequently to project sites in Texas and other geographies." We could incorporate this into Responsibilities or a separate section like "Location". Since not in example headings, maybe we can add a

            Location

but risk deviating. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). It implies those are examples; we can use other headings as needed. Safer to include a Location section. But we could also fold location into Responsibilities as a prose paragraph. However the responsibilities section is about duties; location is not a duty. Might be okay to add a separate section. Let's decide: include a

            Location

with that paragraph. Now Responsibilities: need to extract all bullet points. Pre-Construction Planning list: - Develop and maintain the project execution plan, including construction sequencing, logistics, temporary facilities, equipment access, laydown, storage, crane operations, and contractor mobilization. - Support development and validation of construction budgets, cost estimates, bid packages, contractor scopes, and project schedules. - Review drawings, specifications, equipment requirements, and contractor proposals for completeness, constructability, scope gaps, and trade coordination issues. - Coordinate construction input across civil, structural, architectural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, controls, communications, security, and equipment-installation scopes. - Support contractor procurement and bid leveling in coordination with Procurement and Project Management. - Develop responsibility matrices, work-package boundaries, and turnover requirements to minimize scope gaps and overlaps. - Participate in design reviews and identify constructability, access, sequencing, safety, and installation risks before mobilization. - Establish reporting, change management, RFI, submittal, document-control, and field communication processes. Construction Responsibilities list: - Direct and coordinate the complete field construction effort across all contractors and trades with assistance from field engineers and superintendents. - Manage construction sequencing, site logistics, work fronts, contractor interfaces, and short-interval planning. - Maintain the integrated construction schedule, track actual progress, identify critical-path impacts, and implement recovery plans when milestones are at risk. - Coordinate daily and weekly work planning with superintendents, trade partners, Project Management, engineering, procurement, and site leadership. - Monitor contractor staffing, supervision, productivity, material availability, equipment, and execution against contractual commitments. - Lead site coordination meetings and communicate priorities, constraints, decisions, and required corrective actions. - Resolve field conflicts and drive RFIs, design clarifications, submittals, and technical decisions to timely closure. - Coordinate civil and site work, foundations and structural construction, architectural and life-safety scopes, plumbing and mechanical construction, electrical construction controls, SCADA, communications, security, monitoring, and other low-voltage systems with the applicable equipment and trade packages. - Coordinate heavy equipment deliveries, receival inspections, storage, rigging, crane operations, setting, preservation, and final installation. - Maintain visibility into procurement status and escalate long-lead equipment, material shortages, fabrication delays, and delivery risks. - Review contractor applications for payment, progress quantities, change requests, and supporting documentation in coordination with Project Management and Procurement. - Maintain site records, including daily reports, progress photographs, manpower tracking, delivery records, field decisions, and schedule updates. - Manage punch-list execution, contractor demobilization, record-document completion, and turnover readiness. We'll combine into one
            • list. Requirements list: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - 5+ years of experience in construction or energy project management; experience in utilities or modular infrastructure is preferred. - Proven experience managing complex contractor networks and large-scale procurement. - Strong understanding of permitting, utility coordination, and QA/QC procedures. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Procore, etc.). - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. How We Work prose: "We value people who take ownership, raise risks early, communicate directly, and follow through. Incomplete information is part of the job. Make the best decision you can, document it, and adjust as the facts change. Move quickly on reversible decisions and take more care when security, safety, financial, employee, or customer risk is involved." Benefits list: - Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance - Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup - 401(k) with 4% employer match - Unlimited PTO - Parental leave - Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) - Commuter benefits, where applicable - Opportunities to collaborate in person at periodic team and company on-sites Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
