About the role
The Construction Team at Fluidstack is responsible for delivering large-scale, high-density data center builds. This includes managing general contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget facility deliveries. Key responsibilities include:
- Own day-to-day site execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds.
- Orchestrating construction, procurement, and commissioning processes.
- Enforcing the safety program and maintaining a zero-incident culture.
- Coordinating CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time.
- Verifying QA/QC, submittals, RFI, and change-order processes.
- Tracking and reporting daily progress, spend, earned value, and resource loading.
- Ledging scopes of work for critical-path trades and packages, and managing construction contracts from award through close-out.
Requirements
You must have:
- Experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.
- Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls.
- Experience building and driving integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- A strong track record enforcing safety standards and holding subcontractors accountable.
- Experience coordinating across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a construction management qualification.
- Have experience with liquid cooling or high-density power builds.
- Have multi-site international delivery experience.
