Construction Manager

About the role

This role involves managing construction projects from planning to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in project management and a strong understanding of construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process, including design, bidding, and execution.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
