With more than 500 years of collective experience, our team leads complex energy developments from inception through construction, bringing deep knowledge across engineering, real estate, business development, and finance while leveraging strong relationships with developers, owners, financial institutions, and property owners nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution and oversight for utility-scale renewable energy projects. In this role, you will serve as EPS’s onsite leader, coordinating EPCM teams, contractors, and partners to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with plans, quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental commitments. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction execution and coordination in the field, serving as EPS’s primary onsite representative with clients, EPC partners, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee contractor performance, production tracking, and adherence to construction plans, schedules, safety requirements, environmental commitments, and quality standards.
- Drive field planning and execution through daily coordination, pre-activity meetings, POD meetings, and short-interval (3-week look-ahead) scheduling.
