Job Responsibilities
- Management of project’s contractor and construction process
- Construction coordination and scope management
- Develop and review construction schedules and cost estimates
- Aid in developing and reviewing change orders
- Conduct site inspections and report on construction quality and contract conformance
- Develop and maintain construction progress reports
- Review contractor RFIs and submittals
- Oversee and coordinate with QA field inspectors and materials testing teams
- Liaison between contractor, stakeholders and client
- Contractor Invoice review and approval
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management with focus on transportation infrastructure projects
- Prior experience in maintenance facilities, airports, roadways, tollways, transit, and highway preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques, processes, materials and equipment used in transportation projects
