About the role
The Construction Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing construction equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair construction equipment and facilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Respond to emergency repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in construction maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
