Construction Litigation Counsel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join the Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of complex litigation experience, with construction litigation strongly preferred. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident litigator capable of managing matters independently from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handling complex construction and commercial litigation matters from start to finish
• Managing discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice independently
• Conducting advanced legal research and drafting high-level briefs and motions
• Appearing regularly in court and advocating effectively on behalf of clients
• S supporting client relationships and contributing to business development efforts

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong oral advocacy, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Able to operate independently in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Prior experience with hearings and depositions is required
• A Florida Bar license is required
• This is a full-time, in-office position in Tampa

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
