About the role

The Construction Liability Technical Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving claims related to construction projects. This includes analyzing claims data, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate construction claims data to determine appropriate coverage and liability.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present reports on claim status and progress to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and support claim resolution efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a claims handling role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
