Construction Leadman - Façade and High Rise Repair

About the role
STRUCTURAL is looking for a Leadman to join our Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration team performing work in the Alexandria, VA area.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic labor tasks in addition to higher-level tasks under supervision, such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming, and rebar placement.
- Accurately interpret structural drawings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior construction experience.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects.
- Experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor.
- OSHA 30, SST, and 4-hour Flagger courses are a plus.
- Must be team and solution-oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and safety-oriented.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay
Earn $30–$40 per hour based on years and level of experience.
