Construction Lead - Bath & Shower Installer

Our brand new Houston, Texas location makes 13 total locations nationwide. Responsibilities

• Manage a job from start to finish, including supervising an Apprentice Installer
• Perform construction and installation tasks such as carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing
• Install acrylic systems in one day (required for $28.00/hour rate)
• Document installation progress using an iPad
• Interact professionally with customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction or bathroom remodeling
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing
• Experience with commercial, high-rise, and multi-unit remodeling preferred
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently
• Proficient in using technology such as an iPad
• Ability to pass a background and DMV check (for insurance purposes)

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $28.00, with overtime paid at 1.5x. Lead Installers who can install acrylic systems in one day earn $28.00/hour. Bonuses and growth opportunities can increase pay up to $35.00/hour. Bi-monthly bonuses are also available based on installation quality and service percentages.

Schedule

40-hour work week with plenty of overtime. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed.
