Construction Laborer - Moose Wilson

Essential Functions

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications.
• Use gas operated hand equipment such as compactors and hand tools such as picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, wheel barrows, and rakes.
• Load, unload, and identify construction materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to verbal instructions using company vehicles and or heavy equipment.
• Operate jackhammers, saws, and drills to break up rock, concrete or pavement.
• Transport and tend various size pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Tend equipment and vehicles that pump concrete, grout, cement, sand and aggregate.
