Morrey's Contracting is seeking hardworking, detail-oriented Laborers to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Receiving material deliveries, organizing materials, and material inventory
  • Building scaffolding and temporary structures
  • Staging jobsites
  • Assisting carpenters
  • Job site clean-up

Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation to travel to and between work sites.

  • Labor Foreman
    • 10–15 years of construction experience
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a labor crew
    • Strong leadership and coordination skills on active job sites
  • Journeyman Laborer
    • Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites
    • Skilled in material handling and debris/rubbish removal
    • Able to perform site dewatering, sweeping, and general labor tasks
    • Reliable and adaptable to various site needs
  • General Laborer
    • No experience necessary
    • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
    • Interest in growing into a journeyman laborer role
  • Cleaning Laborer
    • Typically assigned late in the construction project
    • Responsible for finish/final cleaning
    • Tasks include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning glass, etc.
    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished space

Note: This role is not intended for candidates seeking apprentice carpenter positions.
