Construction Laborer

About the role

We are a custom home designbuild company specializing in high-quality residential construction. Our work ranges from ground-up custom homes to detailed remodels, and we take pride in craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload building materials safely and efficiently
• Assist carpenters and crew with general construction labor
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Support daily site setup, breakdown, and material organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Represent the company professionally while on job sites and operating company vehicles

Qualifications

• Professional, reliable, and safety-minded
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in and around clients' homes
• Able to provide verifiable work history and references
• Must be able to pass a driving record review
• Construction or jobsite experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures

Schedule

Fulltime position, 40 hours per week
Daytime hours, Monday through Friday (overtime as needed)
