Construction Laborer

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the Foreman.
• Perform hands‑on labor including digging, backfilling trenches, and job‑site clean‑up.
• Assist with product installations under Foreman direction, following approved methods.
• Carry and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lb) to and from job sites.
• Work safely in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Show up consistently and reliably – your crew counts on you.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in construction or a related trade (preferred).
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, basements) for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb unassisted; willing to assist with heavier loads as a team.
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lb regularly, stand, walk, and perform strenuous labor for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay

Competitive pay: $20‑$28 per hour DOE, with potential annual earnings of $55,000‑$65,000+ including overtime and bonuses.
