About the role

Sargent is searching for Laborers in the New England area. No experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor using tools such as rakes, shovels, compactors, and exert physical strength.
• Work on various infrastructure projects including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works.
• Travel throughout the region to work on assigned projects.
• Paid travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals.
• Home every weekend.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Manual labor skills.
• Landscaping experience.
• Farming experience.
