About the role
Sargent is searching for Laborers in the New England area. No experience is required!
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor using tools such as rakes, shovels, compactors, and exert physical effort.
- Work on various infrastructure projects including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works.
- Travel throughout the region to work on different jobs.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary.
- Experience in landscaping or farming is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of construction experience preferred.
