Construction Laborer
About the role
Sargent is searching for Laborers in the New England area. No experience is required! If you enjoy working outside performing manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors and brute strength, we want to hear from you! Do you have experience doing landscaping or working on a farm, even better!
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects
- Perform manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors and brute strength

Pay
Competitive pay based on your experience level.
Schedule
10 hour shift. Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend!
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Willingness to travel 75% (Preferred)
- Construction experience: 1 year (Preferred)
