About the role
Sargent is searching for Laborers in the Piedmont-Triad area. No experience is required, though landscaping or farm work is a plus. You’ll work outdoors performing manual labor using tools like rakes, shovels, and compactors. Travel throughout the region is required for infrastructure projects—including landfills, airports, and site development—but Sargent covers travel expenses (lodging, mileage, per diem) and ensures you’re home every weekend.

Pay
From $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
10–12-hour shifts.
