About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our hardworking team! If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a hands-on role, and take pride in delivering high-quality results, this is the job for you. As an Outside Laborer, you’ll be an integral part of our projects, helping with a variety of tasks including site preparation, landscaping, and general labor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety checks on all tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness.
• Operate a variety of tools, including power tools like drills and circular saws, as well as landscape equipment like chainsaws and weed eaters, to perform critical tasks on-site.
• Work hands-on to implement erosion and sediment control measures, following detailed specifications to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining traffic control systems to ensure safety around the work area.
• Analyze the site and adapt to changing conditions, making quick decisions to address any challenges that arise during the day.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Expand your understanding of erosion control methods and traffic control protocols, applying this knowledge to improve your work each day.
• Clean and store tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
• Review completed tasks with your supervisor to confirm everything meets the required standards and specifications.
