About the role
Crawlspace Medic is seeking a consistent and hard-working individual to assist our production crews in Athens, GA.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Crew Leaders (structural and moisture) with repair work scheduled by our team.
- Assist with other tasks including tool inventory and other errands as necessary.
Qualifications
- Has previous experience with construction and repair (preferred), most notably repairs in the crawlspace, including structural repair (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation (interior french drains, moisture barriers, dehumidification systems).
- Willing to be flexible in duties from day to day and hour to hour.
- Has a Driver’s License, and is able to pass a DMV license check and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Has excellent people skills, professional in their interactions with both customers and coworkers.
- Strong desire to reach and exceed set goals in all areas of the job.
- Able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.

Pay
Competitive Pay: base pay of $16.00+ (depending on experience/skill), plus bonus based on production performance.
