Responsibilities

• Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials, etc.
• Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.
• Moves and transfers from job to job as projects progress and work is available.
• Works with other workers in a cooperative manner.
• General labor work.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in construction laborer‑type work.
• Reliable transportation to the project site.
• Ability to carry 70 lb or more.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning up the job site, running errands, using hammer and saw, digging trenches, etc.
• Willingness to work overtime.
