Responsibilities
No two days are the same. Our crews complete a variety of residential and commercial projects including:
- Property Make Ready services
- Punch list repairs
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Texture matching
- Interior painting
- Trim installation
- Door and hardware installation
- Flooring repairs
- Cabinet adjustments and repairs
- Light plumbing and electrical fixture replacement
- Demolition
- Water damage reconstruction
- General carpentry
- Job site preparation and cleanup
Our crews work from fully equipped company vehicles and organized trailers with professional-grade Milwaukee tools and equipment.
Requirements
We're searching for dependable team members who take pride in doing things the right way. You should have experience in several of the following:
- Carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- Texture matching
- Interior painting
- Trim work
- Door installation
- Flooring repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Demolition
- Safe operation of power tools
The right person is honest, dependable, teachable, organized, positive, detail-oriented, efficient, customer-focused, and professional in appearance and attitude. You should enjoy leaving a home cleaner than you found it.
Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to and from work, be able to lift 75+ pounds, be comfortable using power tools, pass a background check, and pass a drug screening. You must also be able to work in residential and commercial environments.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skill. Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Foreman positions are available for individuals who consistently demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship.
