About the role
Responsible for performing various construction tasks under the supervision of a supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and other construction equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related construction experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using construction equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
