About the role

Holmes Mechanical Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned company with over 30 years of experience serving the Federal Government in the Puget Sound area. We are currently seeking FULL TIME Industrial/Commercial LABORERS who are ready to take on challenges and grow their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment operation - fork lift, backhoe, aerial lifts
  • Excavation - underground utilities, concrete/asphalt cutting
  • Rigging and crane work - rigger/signalman knowledge/training
  • Concrete/rebar - form setting, mucking, screening, finish
  • Framing
  • Working at heights

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience or more in the industrial/commercial construction field
  • Experience in equipment operation - fork lift, backhoe, aerial lifts
  • Experience in excavation - underground utilities, concrete/asphalt cutting
  • Experience in rigging and crane work - rigger/signalman knowledge/training
  • Experience in concrete/rebar - form setting, mucking, screening, finish
  • Experience in framing
  • Good with working at heights

Hiring Requirements

  • Pass Federal Government security clearance (includes drug testing)
  • Clean driving record
