About the role

We are a midsized commercial design build company that performs ground up construction, renovation and property management. We are looking to hire hard working experienced Construction Laborers ASAP! If you are someone who puts their heart into their work, pays attention to detail and has critical thinking and problem solving skills, this could be the job for you as there are opportunities to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Demo
• Cleaning
• Property management / punch list items

Requirements

• Must be willing/able to travel to Oakland, Macomb, Wayne & Livingston Counties
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Drug Free (we are a drug free company)
• Good customer interaction skills a must as we routinely visit various properties for maintenance/property management/punch list items

Qualifications

• Previous Construction Experience Preferred But Not Mandatory
