Position Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of pool construction, from excavation and site preparation to final installations and winter cover setup.
- Support renovation projects, including demolition, replacement work, material handling, and jobsite preparation.
- Accurately record time and maintain daily project logs within JobTread.
- Safely operate company vehicles and, as experience grows, assist with operating company equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Coastal Pools professionally on every jobsite.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Hold or be able to attain a valid DOT medical card.
